Presentation of the book by the President of Turkmenistan “Magtymguly – the Sage of the World” was held at Sunway University in Malaysia

On March 26, 2025, a presentation of the book of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov “Magtymguly – the Sage of the World” was held at Sunway University in Malaysia. The event was organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Malaysia.

The presentation was attended by professors, lecturers of the university, as well as students from Turkmenistan studying at this university.

Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Malaysia M. Mashalov in his speech spoke about the content of the book “Magtymguly – the Sage of the World”, noting the importance of the poet’s work in the context of promoting the principles of peace and trust.

As emphasized, 2025 declared was as the “International Year of Peace and Trust” by a special Resolution of the UN General Assembly, initiated by the President of Turkmenistan. The year is also marked by the 30th anniversary of Neutrality of our country. Special attention of the participants was paid to the significance of Turkmenistan’s positive neutrality and its application as a constructive mechanism in strengthening peace and stability in the world.

At the end of the event, the book of the President of Turkmenistan “Magtymguly – the Sage of the World” was handed over to the library fund of Sunway University.
