Telephone talks held between the Foreign Ministers of Turkmenistan and Kenya

On November 18, 2025, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Kenya Musalia Mudavadi.

During the conversation, the sides reaffirmed their interest in strengthening relations between the two countries, developing political dialogue, and expanding bilateral economic and cultural cooperation.

The sides discussed the interaction between Turkmenistan and Kenya within international organizations, primarily within the United Nations.

The interlocutors also exchanged views on the preparations for the International Forum on Peace and Trust, which will be held on 12 December this year in Ashgabat and will be dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust, the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, and the International Day of Neutrality.
