Twelve days of glorious sport

After 12 days of thrilling competition, the Ashgabat 2017 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games came to an end on 27 September. Across 21 sports in 15 venues history was made and stars born. OCA President hails 'best ever' AIMAG at Ashgabat 2017 closing ceremony

Turkmen shade rivals with eight gold in Sambo

Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan finished the Sambo competition with two medals apiece on the last day of Sambo action at the Ashgabat 2017 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games.
