Biziň döwletimiziň Bitaraplyk hukuk ýagdaýyndan gelip çykýan esasy ýörelgeler, anyk aýdylanda bolsa Ýer ýüzünde parahatçylygy we howpsuzlygy berkitmek, hoşniýetli, dost-doganlyk gatnaşyklaryny giňeltmek, durnukly ösüşi üpjün etmek geljekde hem Garaşsyz Türkmenistanyň daşary syýasatynyň ileri tutulýan ugurlary bolar."
